Technical Lead Opportunity

Raytheon Technologies has an excellent technical lead opportunity for a Root Cause Corrective Action Technical Lead with a background in radar systems and electronic warfare technologies.

In this role, you're the technical interface both internally and externally for the products you lead, and your responsibilities will include:

Collaborating with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other Engineering disciplines

Proactively and efficiently resolving issues that may arise during production, testing, and integration.

Supporting Advanced Airborne Systems products

This job is posted as ONSITE, and is based at Raytheon's Forest, MS facility.

Qualifications You Must Have:

Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and minimum 8 years of relevant experience.

Experience leading technical teams, including technical oversight and direction, cost estimation, tracking & reporting, coordination and/or preparation of detailed technical team reports

Qualifications We Prefer:

Experience performing and supporting RCCA investigations

Experience leading and/or supporting Development, Production and/or Test of electrical sub-systems (including antenna, power supply or REX-receiver/exciter) in a manufacturing environment

Working knowledge of engineering support to material purchasing for test equipment and supplies

Experience leading and coordinating across multiple functions and/or engineering disciplines

Ability to understand and interpret contract requirements, program schedule, and cost data

Experience mentoring and developing junior team members

Ability to foster a collaborative team environment, while motivating the team to execute the program schedule
