This role requires a strategic, process-oriented leader who partners cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Regional Service teams across Business Units and Product Lines. You will serve as the central point of coordination for service-related deliverables throughout the NPDI lifecycle—ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with measurable business impact.

You will also collaborate closely with Vertiv Operating System (VOS) teams to support business process improvement initiatives, driving consistency, scalability, and efficiency across global service processes. Success in this role requires strong project management discipline, comfort navigating complexity, and the ability to lead through influence and obtain business buy-in across a global matrix organization.

Responsibilities

Project & Program Leadership

Utilize PMO governance frameworks to plan, manage, and deliver NPDI and digital services projects.

Drive execution through a defined stage-gate process, from concept and feasibility through readiness and launch.

Manage global schedules, dependencies, risks, and deliverables across cross-functional teams.

Ensure service requirements—including readiness, cost modeling, training, and enablement—are integrated and validated prior to launch.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

Act as the Global Services representative on NPDI core teams, ensuring alignment across Product, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Services.

Partner with regional Services teams to capture feedback, identify risks, and ensure deployment readiness reflects real-world execution needs.

Interface with VOS and Business Process Improvement teams to align on governance and process enhancements.

Prepare and deliver project updates, dashboards, and executive-level status reports.

Business Process & Continuous Improvement

Identify opportunities to standardize PMO processes and tools to improve scalability and efficiency.

Drive improvements to frameworks supporting NPDI and Global Services integration.

Support adoption of digital tools for project tracking, readiness, and enablement.

Lead and contribute to initiatives that strengthen global alignment and continuous improvement.

Data & Governance

Use Power BI and PMO tools to monitor project health, prioritize work, and manage the NPDI portfolio.

Establish and maintain KPIs related to schedule, cost, readiness, and delivery performance.

Contribute to lessons-learned reviews and ongoing refinement of PMO governance and documentation.
