We are hiring experienced candidates for Title Search (US Mortgage) roles for our upcoming office in the Philippines.

We are a well-established company in the Mortgage Industry with 15+ years of experience. Our headquarters are located in India and Houston, Texas, USA. Currently, we operate 8 branches across India and Sri Lanka, and we are now planning to expand our operations by opening a new branch office in the Philippines.

Additionally, candidates who can assist us in identifying a suitable office location in the Philippines will be preferred.

Process Associate/ Qcer / Sr Qcer/Team Lead / Manager

Job Description:

5 to 15 years of experience in Title Search & Examiner_ US Mortgage

Should have experience in US States Ex: Texes,CA,FL, states experience with Intigrity, TDI, Data Trace, Data tree, Title point, Netro Online,Fidler, Rasware,Land X application experience required

Should have worked in Nationwide search with Netronline application experience required

Must have good communication and analytical skills.

Examine assessment, taxes, deeds, deeds of trust, liens, judgments, easements, and plats/maps to determine ownership, encumbrances, and to verify legal descriptions of property

Analyze chain of title and preparation of reports outlining title-related matters

Search real estate records through online and applications

Compile lists of mortgages, contracts, and other instruments pertaining to titles by searching public and private records for law firms, real estate agencies, or title insurance companies

Ensure that the title to a property in question has no restrictions that may prevent or hinder its sale or use

Superior attention to detail and decision-making skills to identify important and relevant documents and read and extract relevant information from them

Prepare property reports and title commitments

Minimum 5+ Years experience in Title Search Projects.

Must have complete knowledge of One Owner, Two Owner and or Full Search.

Must be an expert in online searches using public websites such as Netronline and other title plants such as Tapestry, Data Trace & Title Point. (Netronline Experience is Mandatory, should have done Title Search in Netronline not just pulling Taxes or Assessor info).
