General Manager Club
A well established, upscale hospitality venue in Houston is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a high volume, late night operation with a strong beverage focus. The ideal candidate is a polished operator with experience in elevated, high energy environments that blend dining, entertainment, and late night service.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all front of house operations during open hours (Wednesday–Saturday)
Maintain a strong presence during peak late night periods
Oversee cost control, labor management, scheduling, and P&L performance
Build, train, and develop a high performing team, including an AGM
Ensure a safe, controlled, and elevated guest experience
Manage vendor relationships, deliveries, and administrative tasks throughout the week
Uphold brand standards and maintain a polished, professional environmentWhat We’re Looking For
Must Have Experience:
Nightlife or late night operations management
High volume, beverage driven concepts
Full service restaurant leadership (not bar only)
VIP or high profile guest handling
Strong financial acumen (COGS, labor, inventory, P&L)
Experience managing $3M–$5M+ annual revenue
Leadership of FOH + bar teams
Preferred Experience:
Hybrid restaurant lounge or supper club style environments
Upscale or image sensitive hospitality settings
Familiarity with Houston’s hospitality marketCompensation & Benefits
$80,000–$85,000 base salary
10–12% performance bonus tied to operational KPIs
