Wealth Advisor

Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000, based on experience

A Day in the Life of the Wealth Advisor
In this role, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through holistic financial planning strategies while helping them achieve their long-term goals. You’ll balance relationship management, financial plan development, and business growth initiatives, contributing directly to the firm’s success. This position plays a key role in delivering a high-quality client experience while driving new business and strengthening strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities include:
Serve as the primary advisor and relationship manager for clients
Conduct client meetings, reviews, and present financial planning and investment recommendations
Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans aligned with client goals
Analyze investments, insurance coverage, retirement plans, and tax strategies
Collaborate with clients’ external advisors to deliver holistic financial guidance
Drive new business development through prospect meetings and follow-ups
Maintain and grow existing client relationships while meeting annual growth goals
Support and participate in client events and firm marketing initiatives
Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Redtail) to manage client service requests and workflows
Partner with leadership on firm strategy, operations, and financial goals
Ensure compliance with firm policies, procedures, and industry regulations
Mentor and support team members in financial planning and business development
Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
Requirements and Qualifications:
CFP® certification required
5+ years of experience in a financial advisor or wealth management role
Proven ability to develop and manage client relationships/strong book of business
Series 65 license required
Prior Holistic financial planning experience
Strong business development/prospecting experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in planning software + independent client management + in-office requirement
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Willingness to travel up to 25%
