Position Overview:
The IT Project Manager is responsible for leading and executing technology-focused projects that align with annual business plan and strategic initiatives. This role will play a key part in a multi-year ERP implementation initiative, driving projects from concept through implementation while ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and achievement of business objectives. The IT Project Manager partners cross-functionally, builds strong stakeholder relationships, and proactively drives solutions that support organizational success.
What You Will Do:
Lead projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and budget
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment on project goals and deliverables
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, documentation, and communication updates
Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively communicate project status
Facilitate meetings and ensure accountability for action items and outcomes
Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
What You Offer Us:
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience
2–3 years of project management experience, preferably in business solutions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive results
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and ability to learn new systems quickly
Experience with project management tools and methodologies
