UniProf is recruiting Private CAD, Technical drawing Tutors — Teach online or in person in Galway !

UniProf is a platform dedicated to connecting qualified teachers with students who need personalised academic support.

We specialise in university level tutoring across many disciplines, and we are now looking for Private CAD, Technical drawing instructors to support students in Galway.

YOUR OBJECTIVES :

- Teach CAD, Technical Drawing, and Engineering Graphics to university students (Bachelor, Master, professional programmes) in Galway or online.

- Support students from institutions such as University of Galway, Atlantic Technological University (ATU Galway), and private engineering or design colleges.

- Cover key topics: 2D drafting, 3D modelling, mechanical drawing, architectural drawing, GD&T, manufacturing drawings, and industry standard CAD tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, CATIA, Revit, etc.).

- Assist with assignments, design projects, portfolio development, and exam preparation.

- Strengthen students’ technical accuracy, spatial reasoning, and professional engineering communication.

PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR :

- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Design, Manufacturing Engineering, Product Design, or a related field.

- Strong knowledge of technical drawing standards, CAD modelling, and engineering documentation used in Irish university programmes.

- Ability to explain complex design and modelling concepts in a clear, structured, and practical way.

- Adaptability to different student levels, from beginners to advanced engineering students.

- Patience, pedagogy, and strong communication skills.

- Previous experience in tutoring, teaching, engineering, design, or industry is an advantage.
