We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Trainee to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and social platforms
Support client outreach and relationship management
Conduct basic market research on potential clients and trends
Maintain and update data in CRM systems
Follow up with leads and assist in sales activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
MBA / graduate degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic understanding of sales, business development, and customer engagement
Good persuasion and negotiation skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn
Preferred (Good to Have)
Internship or project experience in sales, marketing, or business development
Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
Exposure to digital marketing, lead generation tools, or social selling
