Position Summary Reporting to the Director of Athletics, Bancroft School seeks a dedicated Head Boys’ Middle School Soccer Coach to lead its middle school program in the New England Prep School Athletic Conference (NEPSAC). The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader who builds a strong, inclusive team culture and supports each student-athlete’s growth—academically, athletically and personally.

A key component of this role includes providing guidance and support for student-athletes pursuing collegiate basketball opportunities.

Bancroft seeks dynamic candidates who will be active participants in the community beyond the classroom, with an interest in supporting extracurricular activities in athletics, clubs, and other programs.

Compensation & Benefits Bancroft School offers a competitive stipend for this position of $2500 determined by the scope of responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational considerations.

Compensation is based on a variety of factors, including education, experience, skills, expertise, and internal equity.
