Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Computer Operator with strong knowledge of Advanced Excel. The candidate should be able to handle data management, reports, documentation, and daily computer operations efficiently.
Responsibilities
Maintain and update company records in Excel
Prepare MIS reports and data analysis
Handle data entry and documentation work
Create formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, charts, and reports in Excel
Manage emails and basic office coordination
Maintain accuracy of data and reports
Support team with daily operational tasks
Required Skills
Good knowledge of Advanced Excel
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Typing speed and computer handling skills
Basic internet and email handling
Good communication and teamwork skills
Qualification
12th Pass / Graduate
Computer course certification preferred
Experience
