We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth within the industrial/material handling equipment sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company goals
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to exceed targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
Identify new business opportunities and analyze market trends
Collaborate with marketing on sales campaigns and initiatives
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis
Monitor competitor activities and industry developments
Travel to meet clients and attend industry events
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher
3–5 years of sales experience in industrial or material handling equipment
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Strategic thinker with strong market analysis skills
Willingness to travel as required
