About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager with experience in field sales and B2B sales who could drive acquisition and engagement of single-outlet independent restaurants across the Chennai region. This is a consultative, on-field role where you will be the primary touchpoint for restaurant partners—understanding their business, diagnosing challenges, and building long-term partnerships that fuel growth in orders, visibility, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Build strong, successful relationships with restaurant partners in the assigned geography.
Conduct in-person visits, product demos, ROI analysis, and present mutually beneficial solutions.
Understand restaurant needs across delivery logistics, marketing spend, and business goals; position products as solutions.
Manage the full lifecycle—pitching, negotiation, activation, and ongoing support.
Track adoption metrics, troubleshoot growth challenges, and course-correct.
Own sales targets, pipeline management, and conversion tracking.
Excel/Google Sheets Mastery: Build pivot tables, use VLOOKUP, and create dashboards independently.
Stay updated on restaurant trends, competitive landscape, and local dynamics; provide feedback to inform product direction.
Conduct in-person meetings with restaurant partners per month.
Desired Profile:
1–6 years of experience in B2B sales, field sales, or business development.
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets and managing pipelines.
Strong comfort with data and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Post-graduate degree, preferably in Marketing or Sales.
Resourceful, adaptable, and committed to partner success in a round-the-clock business environment.
