Job Overview:
We are looking for freshers with excellent communication and would be interested in starting their career in field sales. We are also looking for professionals with experience in B2B sales and field sales from any industry (1-5 years) who are proficient in Excel and good with numbers.
Key Responsibilities:
Own a defined geographic territory: build strong and successful relationships with the assigned restaurant partners.
Field-intensive engagement: Conduct in-person visits, walking restaurants through product demos, ROI analysis.
Consultative selling: Diagnose restaurant needs through questions about their current channels, delivery logistics, marketing spend, and business goals.
Relationship management: Manage the full lifecycle each month, pitching, negotiation, activation, and ongoing support to the restaurant partner.
Data-driven problem solving: Track adoption metrics, identify why restaurants aren't growing, troubleshoot issues, and course-correct.
Revenue responsibility: Own targets within your territory; track your own pipeline and conversion rates.
Excel mastery: all the data related to your day-to-day work will be on the city and central trackers, so you must have advanced knowledge of Excel/Google sheet/WSP.
Market research: Stay updated on restaurant trends, competitive landscape, and local market dynamics. Feedback from the field informs product direction 80 to 90 In-person meetings with restaurant partners a month.
