This role is a good fit for someone who is professional, coachable, organized, and comfortable speaking with people by phone or video. You do not need prior industry experience, as training and mentorship are provided.
Role Overview
In this position, you will connect with clients, answer basic questions, schedule virtual meetings, review benefit information, and help ensure each client has a smooth and positive experience. You will also take part in ongoing training designed to help you build communication, leadership, and service skills.
Daily Responsibilities
Speak with clients by phone, email, and video
Schedule and confirm virtual appointments
Review benefit information with individuals and families
Assist with simple forms and client documentation
Provide follow-up support when needed
Keep client records accurate and organized
Maintain a professional and helpful client experience
Participate in team training and development
Learn leadership skills as you grow within the role
