Job Description
Our client is searching for a Data Entry/Office Coordinator Associate for their office located in the Westchase area (West Beltway and Westheimer). This is a temp-to-perm opportunity and the salary range is $20-$22 per hour with a 37.5 hour work week (7.5 hours per day).
Duties/Responsibilities:
Receive, sort, and categorize incoming mail and packages.
Scan and e-mail incoming correspondence.
Accurately enter data into the system.
Enter status reports into the system.
Assist with outgoing mail and correspondence as required by department.
Assist with other administrative tasks.
Requirements:
High school diploma.
Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
Professional demeanor and excellent communicator.
