OUR TEAM:
In the Production Department, we aim to deliver operational excellence by ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing processes while continuously developing our people and capabilities.
MISSION:
Achieve Business Unit performance targets across Safety, Machine, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SMQDC).
Ensure team engagement, ownership, and accountability in daily operations.
Develop team capability and autonomy through continuous coaching and competency building.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a reputable university
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in people management, preferably in an industrial/manufacturing environment
Proven track record in performance management (attendance, productivity, skill development, talent management)
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and positively influence teams
Experience in cross-functional collaboration (production, maintenance, quality, CI teams)
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (Power BI is a plus)
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization
Willing to be based in Cikarang, West Java
Preferred:
Experience in multinational companies
Knowledge or application of Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement methodologies
Experience in driving operational excellence and process improvement initiatives
