Scheduler

Develop and maintain fully integrated Primavera P6 schedules covering all phases of data center construction, from early works through commissioning and turnover

Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, subcontractors, and owners to ensure schedules accurately reflect field execution plans

Perform critical path, float, and impact analysis and clearly communicate schedule risks and recovery strategies

Lead schedule updates and progress reviews, incorporating actuals, forecasts, and approved changes

Analyze delays, sequence changes, and scope impacts; support time impact analyses (TIAs) and change order documentation

Support pull planning, milestone tracking, and lookahead schedules aligned to master P6 schedules

Ensure schedule compliance with contractual requirements and owner reporting standards

Prepare professional, clientfacing schedule narratives, dashboards, and progress reports

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of construction scheduling experience on large, groundup commercial or industrial projects

Direct experience supporting data center, missioncritical, or hightech facilities

Advanced, handson experience with Primavera P6 (required)

Strong understanding of construction sequencing across trades (civil, structural, MEP, commissioning)

Ability to translate field activity into accurate, logicdriven schedules

Experience working with general contractors, owners, and subcontractors in live project environments
