Reinforcement Monsters is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team on a part-time basis. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for a clinician who values flexibility, collaboration, and the chance to make a meaningful impact with families and children.

Position Details

Fully remote

Flexible schedule

Part-time: approximately 5–10 hours per week

Opportunity for additional hours as our caseload expands

Supportive and collaborative team environment

Responsibilities

Conduct remote supervision and parent support

Oversee Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programming and treatment plans

Provide guidance and support to BT/RBT staff

Collaborate closely with families and the clinical team

Complete documentation and clinical notes in a timely manner

Requirements

Active BCBA certification

Strong communication and organizational skills

Comfortable delivering services through telehealth

Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred
