We are seeking a driven Mortgage Account Executive to join our field sales team providing front-line customer service helping families navigate the home financing process.
Your Impact: * Guide clients with the homebuying or refinancing process, delivering a transparent and professional customer experience.
* Convert leads into funded home financing contracts, consistently achieving a target of 3-4 closed contracts per month.
* Exhibit unwavering dedication to surpassing monthly home financing sales goals.
* Manage an active pipeline by following up with clients, responding to inbound leads, and generating new business through networking, outreach, and referrals.
* Host and attend outreach events and educational seminars promoting our Sharia-Compliant home financing product at local mosques, organizations, and community gatherings.
* Build relationships with referral partners, including real estate agents and community leaders.
* Collect and review required loan documentation ensuring completeness and accuracy.
Qualifications: * 2+ years of sales or customer service experience preferred.
* Experience in articulating product or service features, benefits, and value.
* Detail-oriented and the ability to manage multiple priorities and clients simultaneously.
* Familiarity and connection with local Muslim-American communities and Mosques required.
* Bilingual - English/Somali or Arabic preferred * Must be able to communicate effectively with customers, employees, and managers via telephone, email, and in person.
