The Role & Landscape: As a Web Developer, you will be at the forefront of the company's innovation strategy, evaluating and maintaining web applications specifically designed for future Agentic AI use cases.

- Design, develop, and maintain robust full-stack web applications across front-end, back-end, and database layers, ensuring absolute security and scalability.

- Integrate cutting-edge AI and Generative AI models directly into web applications to elevate user experiences.

- Architect and operate robust CI/CD pipelines (such as GitLab CI and Jenkins) to manage unit testing, automated deployments, and security scanning across multiple environments.

- Actively collaborate with a cross-functional team of data scientists and AI specialists to define and ship new features integrating machine learning algorithms.

- Drive solutions by participating in project planning, identifying system bottlenecks, estimating timelines, and maintaining pristine architectural documentation.

What We Are Looking For:

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a strictly related quantitative field.

- 4+ years of proven commercial web development experience, commanding both front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Angular) and back-end (Node.js, Python) technologies.

- Demonstrable experience integrating AI/Generative AI into software, with hands-on familiarity using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or LangGraph.

- Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and Kubernetes for container orchestration.

- Highly Advantageous: Experience with Vector DBs (Weaviate, Milvus, ElasticSearch), DevSecOps suites (JIRA, Sonar, Nexus), and monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus).

- Data-driven problem-solving capabilities, exceptional communication skills, and the capacity to thrive in a highly international team.
