DoD IT Program Support Analyst

Citizenship required Summary/Objective Five Stones Research Corporation (5SRC) is seeking energetic candidates to join our established and growing Huntsville-headquartered team.

Essential Functions * Works independently and/or leads teams to analyze and resolve problems * Continuously oversee, monitor, and track IT contract(s) for cost, schedule, and performance; and provide monthly metrics and status * Provide expert support to government contracting representatives for associate contractors in the execution and administration of new project and baseline task * Develop descriptive tasking language and assist with government cost estimates * Assist with government technical evaluations and recommendations to the Contracting Officer * Participate in weekly meetings and customer requirements meetings to prepare and submit bi-weekly reports * Assist with developing, documenting, and implementing improved IT efficiencies * Assist with reviewing, editing, and completing Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) associated with various DoD contracts * Identify trends or other issues that may require special consideration or procedures * Prepare briefings, white papers, information papers, recommendations, governance metrics, and policy assessments * Provide expert assistance with quality assurance of the associate contractor's execution of their contracted tasks * Advise and assist the government to improve the operational effectiveness and efficiency of the MDA Office of the CIO in the delivery of IT solutions to the Agency * Submit for and track status of DoD approvals required for new contract efforts Required Education and Experience * Education: Bachelors' Degree in a field pertinent to position from an accredited institution plus 4 years of relevant IT experience working on missile defense-related or other complex, large DoD programs / projects * Acceptable alternative: 8 years of relevant IT experience working on missile defense-related or other complex, large DoD program / projects * Capable of working independently and / or participating on sub-teams to analyze and resolve problems What We Offer: * 401(k) Matching * Company Events * Dental Insurance * Employee Recognition Programs * Health Insurance * Life Insurance * Paid Time Off * Parental Leave * Performance Incentives * Student Loan Repayment * Tuition Reimbursement * Vision Insurance All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
