Opportunity:

RN - Cath Lab

Job Details:

• Work in a 4-room cardiac catheterization laboratory with 1:1 patient ratios

• Day shift requires 1 Charge RN, Director, and 4 staff members per room (16 total per shift)

• Night shift operates with on-call teams of 3 members each (7 total)

• Must be competent in Special Procedures and GE Innova equipment

• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, ARRT

• RCIS certification preferred

• Perform cardiac catheterizations, cerebral angiograms, stents, balloon procedures, ENT lab procedures, and scrubbing

• Work with all GE rooms and EMR systems including Meditech and MacLab

• Must be flexible and adapt to unit needs as on-call is frequent

• Dress code requires red and gray scrubs in Cath and EP Labs (unit scrubs available)

• Must be a team player, critical thinker with patient care focus in fast-paced environment

• Work closely with a tight-knit team of 22 staff members consisting of RNs and Techs

The organization is a certified primary stroke center and Blue Distinction Stroke Center, specializing in comprehensive surgical programs including open heart surgery. The facility offers 24-hour adult and pediatric emergency services, orthopedics, robotics, women's services, and rehabilitation programs, demonstrating a commitment to advanced medical care and patient outcomes.
