As a Product Manager within the Branch Workplace Technology team, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
You will own analytics and reporting that inform product decisions, using banker research and customer feedback to identify needs, define solutions, and continuously improve the banker and branch experience. You will partner with cross-functional teams to translate insights into a prioritized roadmap and deliver measurable outcomes.
As the Branch Health Product Manager, you will lead end-to-end initiatives to deliver and enhance Branch Health capabilities, including defining strategy, driving execution, and measuring success. You will work across JPMorgan Chase innovation teams to launch new customer and banker features, manage stakeholders, and ensure ongoing adoption and performance.
Job responsibilities
Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability
Owns end-to-end accountability for outcomes, timelines, and dependencies; proactively escalates risks and decisions with clear options and trade-offs
Defines and monitors KPI/OKR dashboards, translating product performance into actionable insights and prioritization recommendations
Creates executive-ready narratives (1-pagers, roadmaps, QBR updates) that simplify complex data into clear decisions and next steps
Leads stakeholder communications across business, design, engineering, and controls with crisp status, decisions, and documented follow-ups
Builds and presents data-driven materials for senior leadership, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment to strategic priorities
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
Demonstrated executive presence with the ability to influence decisions through concise, structured communication
Strong analytical rigor synthesizes qualitative and quantitative inputs to identify drivers, trends, and root causes
Proven ability to build and present executive presentations that communicate insights, recommendations, and impacts with clarity
High ownership and accountability: drives closure on actions, manages ambiguity, and delivers measurable results
Excellent stakeholder management in matrixed environments; aligns teams through clear priorities and decision frameworks
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
Experience delivering executive-level reporting (KPIs, scorecards, operating reviews) for product, risk, and reliability outcomes
Strong track record of cross-functional leadership and accountability without direct authority
Ability to translate technical details into business impact for senior stakeholders and governance forums
Comfort operating in high-visibility, fast-paced environments with competing priorities and tight deadlines
Experience using data visualization/storytelling techniques to drive alignment and speed decision-making
