Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information about project status and company services.
Coordinate communication between customers, project managers, and field teams to ensure smooth project progress and issue resolution.
Schedule appointments, site visits, and follow-up calls to support project timelines and customer engagement.
Maintain detailed customer records, document interactions, and update project information in the company database.
Address customer concerns and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary to management for swift resolution.
Assist in preparing quotes, contracts, and other documentation related to pool construction and outdoor living projects.
Support marketing and sales efforts by managing customer feedback and assisting with customer satisfaction surveys.
Requirements
Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the construction or home improvement industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external customers.
Familiarity with construction terminology and processes is a plus.
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office applications.
Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
