True Work Solutions LLC is a staffing agency connecting individuals with remote customer service opportunities across multiple well-known companies. We are currently seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound and/or outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, provide support, and maintain a professional and positive experience for each client interaction.
Once onboarded, you will have the opportunity to select from available client programs and begin working with the company that best fits your schedule and preferences.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
Maintain professionalism and strong communication skills
Follow client-specific guidelines and scripts
Meet performance and attendance expectations
Requirements
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Must have a reliable computer and high-speed internet
USB headset required
Webcam may be required for training
Quiet, distraction-free workspace
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to pass a background check
Important Information
Background check fee: $30
Training fee: $50 (refundable upon successful completion, depending on client program)
This is a remote, independent contractor opportunity
Pay varies depending on the client program selected
