CEO- Equity Based (Storrs)

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) based in Storrs Mansfield, CT, with some flexibility for remote work. The CEO will oversee the strategic direction and operational success of the organization. Responsibilities include financial management, business planning, setting and executing strategic goals, managing daily operations, and driving sales and revenue growth. In this role, you will engage stakeholders, lead a multidisciplinary team, and foster partnerships to accelerate the company’s mission and growth.

Qualifications

Expertise in Finance and Operations Management to oversee budgets, resource allocation, and company operations

Demonstrated ability in Business Planning and Strategic Planning to define goals, align initiatives, and achieve organizational success

Experience in Sales and fostering client relationships to drive revenue growth

Proven leadership and decision-making skills in managing diverse teams and stakeholders

Knowledge of sustainable or advanced materials industry is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
