Kitchen and Bath Installer Assistant

Job Description

This position supports our installation team on residential remodeling projects. The Installer Assistant helps maintain efficient, organized, and clean job sites while assisting lead installers with daily project tasks.

Responsibilities

Assist with demolition of kitchens, bathrooms, and remodeling spaces

Perform material pickup and store runs as needed

Handle trash removal and dump runs when dumpsters are not on site

Cut and prepare materials for installation

Mix thin set, mortar, and other installation materials

Assist with drywall installation and basic drywall finishing

Maintain clean and organized job sites throughout the project

Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment

Support lead installers with daily installation tasks

Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times

Qualifications

Construction or remodeling experience preferred

Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor daily

Basic knowledge of hand and power tools

Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Ability to work well in occupied residential homes

Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented
