Key Responsibilities:
o Analyze system processes and identify new IT solutions to support Club operations.
o Operate and manage computer systems and software applications.
o Research and evaluate new technologies for potential implementation.
o Coordinate with system providers to ensure smooth and efficient system performance.
o Manage data backups and recovery procedures.
o Install, configure, and maintain IT hardware, software, and networks.
o Provide technical support to all departments.
o Conduct preventive maintenance on IT systems and peripherals.
o Ensure reliable performance of systems, networks, and workflows.
o Train staff on computer operations and software use.
o Implement security measures against viruses and other threats.
o Support cost-efficiency and budget compliance in IT projects.
o Represent the Club professionally and perform other related duties as assigned.
