reinforcementmonsters.com is currently seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support our growing team.

Position Details:

Fully remote position

Flexible schedule

Part-time: approximately 5–10 hours per week

Opportunity to increase hours as our caseload grows

Supportive, collaborative team environment

Key Responsibilities:

Provide remote supervision and parent coaching

Oversee ABA programs and individualized treatment plans

Support and mentor BT/RBT staff

Collaborate with families and the clinical team

Complete clinical documentation and progress notes

Qualifications:

Active BCBA certification

Strong communication and organizational skills

Comfortable delivering services through telehealth

Experience working with children with autism preferred
