Position: Locum Tenens CRNA / Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist

Location: Little Falls, MN 56345 - Central Minnesota (Morrison County)

Dates: July 27-31, Aug 3-16, Sept 7-11, Sept 30-Oct 2, 5-9, 12-23, 26-30, Nov 16-20, 23-25, 27, Nov 30-Dec 4, 14-18, 21-25, 28-31, ongoing.

Duration: 52 weeks (locum tenens)

Schedule: 5 shifts/week, 8-hour day shifts (40 hours/week); 1-2 call days/week, occasional weekends; 30-minute response time

Weekly Estimated Pay: $7,012 - $7,791

Active, unrestricted CRNA license (Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist) in the U.S.; ability to obtain MN privileges or temporary privileges per credentialing timeline

Minimum 2 years recent CRNA experience providing general anesthesia across a broad case mix

Current AHA certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS

Current DEA registration

Proficiency with neuraxial and regional anesthesia: spinals, epidurals, peripheral nerve blocks

Experience with pediatric, OB/GYN, general surgery, orthopedics, ENT, and endoscopy cases preferred

Clear background and malpractice history required for credentialing (60-90 days; temporary privileges available with clear history)

Ability to document accurately in Epic and maintain case logs Primary Responsibilities - Anesthesia and Perioperative Care

Deliver safe general anesthesia and perioperative management for a broad case mix including Endoscopy, OB/GYN, Pediatrics, General Surgery, Orthopedics, and ENT

Perform neuraxial and peripheral regional techniques: spinals, epidurals, interscalene, TAP, femoral/adductor, sciatic, popliteal, PENG, ESP, and IPACK

Provide anesthesia care for trauma, orthopedic, and general surgery patients at a Trauma Level III hospital

Participate in VBAC in-house call during active labor as needed

Collaborate with surgeons, nursing, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize perioperative outcomes and patient safety

Maintain thorough, timely documentation in the Epic electronic medical record and ensure accurate case logs Facility & Community Highlights - Little Falls, Minnesota
