Role Summary
As an Area Network Manager, you will be responsible for mapping healthcare opportunities, building strong local networks, identifying strategic medical clusters, and driving partner acquisition initiatives across hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, diagnostic centres, and healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Medical Cluster Mapping
Identify and analyse high-potential medical clusters and healthcare zones within assigned territories
Conduct detailed market research to evaluate healthcare demand, provider density, and expansion opportunities
Develop region-wise growth strategies for network expansion and market penetration
Create structured mapping plans for hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare institutions
Support leadership in identifying priority markets for business growth
Anchor Partner Acquisition & Relationship Management
Identify and onboard key anchor healthcare partners across assigned regions
Build long-term relationships with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and diagnostic centers
Develop strategic partnerships to strengthen the company’s healthcare ecosystem
Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure smooth onboarding and engagement
Maintain regular interaction with partners to improve retention and business growth
Sales & Business Growth
Drive regional sales growth through strategic partnership development
Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, and market outreach
Achieve monthly and quarterly onboarding and expansion targets
Identify untapped healthcare markets and execute expansion initiatives
Collaborate with internal sales and operations teams to improve market performance
Market Expansion & Regional Development
Support multi-city and regional expansion projects
Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends
Provide insights and recommendations for improving market penetration
Ensure strong visibility and presence of the organization across healthcare markets
Participate in regional healthcare events, business meetings, and networking activities
Stakeholder Coordination
Work closely with Strategy, Marketing, Operations, and Leadership teams
Coordinate with internal departments for partner onboarding and operational support
Build strong professional relationships with local healthcare communities and institutions
Represent the organization during partner meetings and business discussions
Reporting & Performance Tracking
Maintain accurate records of partner acquisition and business development activities
Track growth performance metrics and regional expansion progress
Prepare market analysis reports and business updates for leadership
Use data-driven insights to improve sales and expansion strategies
Requirements
4+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Network Expansion, or Healthcare Partnerships
Experience in healthcare, pharma, hospital networks, diagnostics, telehealth, or medical services preferred
Strong understanding of regional healthcare markets and provider ecosystems
Proven ability to build strategic partnerships and manage key accounts
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently in field-based environments
Comfortable with extensive travel across assigned regions
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field
MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Strategy preferred
Experience in healthcare startup or high-growth business environments is an advantage
Exposure to regional healthcare operations and provider management preferred
