Required Hours: Days shift hours with flexible schedule option.
Responsibilities: Supervising shift activities for Respiratory Care. Performs duties to include resourcing, monitoring, scheduling, educating, developing and disciplining personnel while optimizing appropriateness of respiratory care procedures. Provides quality clinical care throughout the hospital. Qualifications: Education
Associates Degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences Required
Bachelors Degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences PreferredWork Experience
2 years of progressive work experience in respiratory care. Required
Prior Supervisory experience PreferredLicenses and Certifications
ACLS Has and maintains Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC); has and maintains a current licensure as a Respiratory Care Professional in the state of Georgia.Current BLS, ACLS (ALS can be used in place of ACLS), NRP and PALS certifications required. Upon Hire Required
NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Upon Hire Required
PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support Required
BCLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required
