The Role:
As an HR Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Collaborate with HR team to enhance recruitment processes.
Team Structure: You will work closely with the HR team and report directly to the HR Manager.
Ideal Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical and interpersonal skills to effectively manage the recruitment process.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Strong communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
