Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of developers working on AI/ML and MERN Stack projects.

Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI-powered web/mobile applications.

Work on AI/ML model integration, APIs, automation, and intelligent solutions.

Manage end-to-end project execution from requirement gathering to deployment.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Business teams.

Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and best development practices.

Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.

Communicate with clients regarding project updates and technical discussions.

Required Skills

Strong experience in MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)

Hands-on experience in Python and AI/ML frameworks

Experience with OpenAI, LLMs, Chatbots, Generative AI, or AI integrations

Knowledge of REST APIs, Microservices, and Cloud platforms

Team handling and project management experience

Good understanding of database architecture and scalable systems

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
