Job Description

As a Customer Support Agent, you will effectively managing the company chats, E-mails and calls.

Detailed Duties and Responsibilities

Offer support to the lead/client within the specified time frame

Work independently and in teams

Interact with other departments to solve inquiries raised by clients that require further investigation by sending tasks

Effectively managing the company chats, E-mails and calls

Follow standard processes and procedures.

Identifying and assessing customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction

Follow up with clients and schedule callbacks to ensure optimum results and customer satisfaction

Receiving and handling inquiries from New Leads and clients through Phone Calls, Chat, E-mails and Portal

Updating CRM and keeping records of all communications and actions taken.

Targeted Qualifications

Fluency in Arabic Language, C1/C2 level.

Fluency in English Language, B2 level or Higher.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Proven customer support experience

Flexible to work on 24/7 weekly rotating shifts (morning/ afternoon/ night).

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

Experience/background in Forex and the Financial Market is a plus

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook

Previous call centre experience required.

Previous Customer Support / Back Office / Sales experience from FX.
