The Role:

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.

Document customer interactions and feedback.

Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.

Assist in training new team members.

Team Structure: You will work closely with the Customer Support team and report to the Customer Support Manager.

Ideal Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical and interpersonal skills.

Experience in customer support or related field.

Technical troubleshooting skills.

Familiarity with CRM software.

Excellent communication skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities.

Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in a related field is a plus.
