The Role:

As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery

Provide product and service information to customers

Ideal Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical and interpersonal skills.

High school diploma or equivalent

Experience in customer service or call center environment

Familiarity with CRM systems

Excellent communication skills

Strong problem-solving abilities

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
