Role Overview
We are seeking Siebel Developers to work on a large enterprise CRM engagement in Melbourne, Australia. This opportunity is for experienced Siebel consultants who can work independently, take ownership of delivery, and lead technical initiatives where required. End-client details will not be disclosed at this stage.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Design, develop, configure, and support Siebel CRM applications
Advanced Siebel Tools configuration (Business Components, Applets, Screens, Views, Workflows)
Custom development using Siebel eScript and Business Services
Siebel Open UI customization and performance tuning
Integration with external systems using EAI and REST/SOAP Web Services
Troubleshoot and resolve production and critical system issues
Apply best practices for Siebel architecture, performance, and security
Lead-level candidates will own technical design, mentor team members, and coordinate with stakeholders
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience with Siebel CRM
Strong expertise in Siebel Configuration and Customization
Hands-on experience with Siebel Tools, Workflows, and Open UI
Experience with Siebel Integration (EAI, Web Services)
Good understanding of Oracle databases in Siebel environments
Experience in onsite, client-facing roles
Willingness to work onsite in Australia
Preferred / Value-Add Skills
Experience working as a Lead, Technical Owner, or Architect
Exposure to large enterprise digital transformation programs
Siebel upgrade, migration, or modernization experience
Familiarity with Agile or DevOps delivery models
Strong communication and documentation skills
