Position Overview

We are seeking motivated, professional, and detail-oriented Window Washing Technicians to join our growing team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in quality workmanship, and want unlimited earning and advancement potential in a high-end service environment.

Technicians are responsible for providing top-tier window cleaning services for luxury homes, storefronts, office buildings, and commercial properties while representing the company with professionalism and integrity.

Compensation

Earn 27% commission on all completed jobs

Unlimited earning potential based on performance and productivity

Responsibilities

Perform interior and exterior window cleaning services

Clean screens, tracks, mirrors, glass doors, and other glass surfaces

Safely use ladders, lifts, and professional window cleaning equipment

Maintain exceptional attention to detail and quality standards

Communicate professionally with residential and commercial clients

Arrive on time, in uniform, and prepared for scheduled jobs

Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines

Maintain company equipment and vehicles in clean working condition

Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

Previous window cleaning or exterior cleaning experience preferred but not required

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

Ability to lift and carry equipment and work on ladders

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred

Professional appearance and demeanor required
