Start Date: ASAP

Positions: 2 (1 full-time provider + 1 floater provider)

Contract: 6-months contract Locum-to-Perm

Schedule

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm

Setting: Outpatient

EMR: MediTech Expanse

Support Staff: NPs

Patient Age Group: All ages (primarily adults)

Average Daily Census: 18-20 patients/day Licenses & CertificationsRequired / Preferred

Board Certified or Board Eligible - Internal Medicine

Missouri License

BLS Certification

CSR Required

DEA Required
