Job Description
Proactively identify and generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls and following up on inbound inquiries.
Manage the sales pipeline efficiently using a CRM system, ensuring timely follow-ups, negotiating terms and closing sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Conduct product demonstrations (phone/online) when required.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a sales or customer service role is highly preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear, pleasant speaking voice.
Strong ability to build rapport quickly over the phone and handle rejection professionally.
Comfortable working with CRM software, databases, and standard office technology.
Persistent, goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a structured, fast-paced environment.
