Job Details:

• Work in diagnostic imaging department performing CT scans, MRI, body scans, and X-rays

• Create detailed pictures of bones, organs, and tissues to provide accurate diagnostic assessments

• Call requirements: 4-6 shifts per month on off days

• Work with all GE equipment including MRI units, scanners, cameras, x-ray, and fluoroscopy equipment

• Use Meditech EMR system for patient documentation

• Patient ratios vary from 1:1 to 1:2 depending on patient stability

• Required certifications: ARRT (CT), BLS, and Florida State DOH License

• Experience with GE equipment and Meditech strongly preferred

• Must provide own black scrubs

• Strong communication skills, medical and anatomical knowledge required

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to multi-task essential

• Work collaboratively with physicians, radiologists, and diverse patient population

• Day shift includes director, radiologist, and 6-7 techs

• Night shift includes charge RN, on-call team, and 3-4 techs depending on volume

This is a 472-bed acute care medical/surgical facility and healthcare complex specializing in cardiovascular care, neuroscience, oncology services, orthopedics, bariatrics, and women's services. The facility operates as a teaching hospital and ranks among the best in the nation for healthcare excellence. The imaging department features state-of-the-art GE equipment and maintains a 24-bed unit with comprehensive diagnostic capabilities.
