Full Stack Software Developer (.NET & React, AI-Enabled SDLC)

Location: Jersey City, NJ / Midtown NYC

Type: Contract

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Software Developer with strong experience in .NET backend development and React frontend engineering, combined with hands-on exposure to AI-assisted software development tools and practices.

This role will work closely with internal AI and engineering teams to help drive AI-enabled SDLC transformation initiatives, accelerate delivery, and improve software quality through modern AI-assisted development workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .NET/C# and React

Build modern APIs, backend services, and responsive frontend applications

Utilize AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, or similar platforms

Apply AI across SDLC phases including coding, debugging, testing, and documentation

Collaborate with AI, Product, and Engineering teams to refine AI-driven development frameworks

Participate in Agile development, sprint planning, and rapid delivery cycles

Support architecture discussions, technical design, and solution optimization

Ensure application performance, scalability, and code quality standards

Required Skills

5+ years of Full Stack Development experience

Strong expertise in:

.NET / C# / ASP.NET Core

React / JavaScript / TypeScript

Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture

Hands-on experience with AI coding/development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, etc.)

Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices

Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

Preferred Skills

Experience with AI-assisted SDLC frameworks (BMAD or similar)

Exposure to prompt-driven development and automated code generation

Cloud experience with Azure or AWS

Experience working in fast-paced innovation or AI-focused environments
