The Franchise Operational Consultant will serve as a brand ambassador, coach, and business liaison for a portfolio of new and existing locations. They'll oversee all aspects of business planning and brand compliance to ensure operational excellence. The role involves evaluating and implementing processes to improve efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely support.

Franchise Operational Consultant Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
3–5 years experience in a multi-unit business operation
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments
Travel up to 75% as needed or required for restaurant visitation
Ability to build strong working relationships with Franchisees and community partnerships
Franchise/License operations experience preferred
Franchise Operational Consultant Preferred Background & Skills:
Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills
Role model and train for excellent guest service standards
Ability to multitask, have strong organization skills, and be detail oriented
Proficient in Google Suite, and Microsoft Office for collaboration and communication
