Service Technician – Data Center (Travel Role)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Travel: Required Monday–Friday (Home Every Weekend)
Position Overview
We are seeking a High Voltage Service Technician to support operations within critical data center environments. This role involves travel during the workweek, with all weekends at home. Technicians will perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and service on high voltage electrical systems. Compensation & Benefits
$50/day per diem (paid every day while traveling)
Paid drive time
Weekly travel schedule with guaranteed weekends at home

Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on high voltage electrical systems
Support operations within data centers and mission-critical environments
Conduct inspections, testing, and system diagnostics
Interpret electrical diagrams and technical documentation
Travel to job sites Monday–Friday and return home at the end of each week
Maintain safety standards and follow all electrical codes and protocolsRequirements
Experience working with high voltage systems (preferred)
Experience in electrical service, field service, or data center environments
Ability to travel consistently during the week (Mon–Fri)
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in the fieldSchedule & Travel Expectations
Monday–Friday: Travel to project/job sites
8 AM – 5 PM standard working hours

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbus, OH.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
