What You Will Do

Diagnose and repair plumbing issues efficiently and accurately

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures, piping, water heaters, and related systems

Perform service calls, inspections, and preventative maintenance

Troubleshoot plumbing problems and recommend effective solutions for customers

Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety regulations

Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding repairs and recommendations

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment

Work independently while also supporting team members when needed

Safely lift and move heavy equipment and materials as required

Qualifications

3 to 5 years of residential service plumbing experience

Experience with HVAC systems and oil boilers is a major plus

Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems and repair techniques

Ability to safely and effectively use plumbing tools and equipment

Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Experience with water heaters, drain cleaning, and service plumbing is a plus

High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school training or plumbing certification is a plus
