Job Title: Technical Business Analyst / IT Project Manager – Life Sciences Domain

Location: 100% Remote with occasional visits as needed to Princeton, NJ

Duration: Full-Time Permanent

Salary: $Market/Annum + Benefits

Eligibility: Open to US Citizens, Green Card Holders (No C2C / No Third Parties)

NOTE: The client will only consider candidates who are local to the NY / NJ / PA area (within commuting distance to Princeton, NJ). Relocation candidates and non-local profiles will not be accepted.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required

• 8–10 years of overall experience in Information Technology

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in IT Project Management and Business/System Analysis

• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies including Agile and Waterfall

• Hands-on experience with Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Jira

• Experience working with backend, frontend, and cloud technologies including:

o Backend: Java, .NET, REST APIs, Microservices, SQL

o Frontend: Angular, React, JavaScript, HTML/CSS

o Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

• Knowledge of validation practices, computerized systems, and GxP regulatory guidelines

• Recent experience in the Life Sciences domain is a strong plus

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools

• Understanding of process improvement and workflow optimization

• Exposure to cloud-based enterprise applications and SaaS platforms

• Familiarity with data migration, reporting systems, and enterprise integrations

• Experience coordinating with development, QA, infrastructure, and business teams
