Architect

We are seeking a talented Architect to join our team in the Akron area with pay ranging from 90K-125K. As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of buildings and structures. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating innovative and sustainable designs.

Responsibilities:

Develop architectural designs based on client requirements and specifications

Create detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software

Coordinate with clients, engineers, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle

Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws

Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work

Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture

Proven experience working as an Architect

Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools

Strong portfolio showcasing previous projects

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

Knowledge of sustainable design principles is a plus
