MS-IL Staffing & Packaging, and its local client, are NOW HIRING a 1st shift Shipping & Receiving Picker/Packer Associate in the Lebanon, Indiana, area!

Position: Warehouse Associate

Pay: $21.00 / hour

Location: Lebanon IN

Shift: 1st, 7:30AM - 4:00PM, Monday to Friday

Summary:

As warehouse associate you will play a vital role in our client’s distribution process. You will be responsible for receiving, picking, packaging, and shipping after-market replacement parts with precision and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

Receive incoming shipments accurately and efficiently.

Utilize pack mules for picking orders within our expansive facility.

Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Collaborate with team members and help maintain a smooth workflow.

Complete training in all areas of the distribution process.

Job Requirements & Experience:

2-3 years of prior experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.

Pack Mule vehicle operation experience is required.

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Ability to read, comprehend and take instruction in English.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work well in a team environment.

Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Excellent customer service skills

Can lift up to 50 lbs.

Onboarding & Training: Associates will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced leads for on-the-job training and support.
