Qualifications:Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited programCurrent Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)Valid and active Louisiana SLP license (required)Previous experience working in schools or with early childhood populations preferredExcellent communication skills, flexibility, and an enthusiasm for team-based approaches Responsibilities:Provide speech and language assessment and therapy for preschool-aged students (3-4 years old)Work collaboratively with early intervention and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)Document progress, maintain thorough records, and communicate results to staff and familiesConsult with teachers and support staff to facilitate classroom successParticipate in team meetings and contribute to student-focused strategies This part-time schedule (approximately 4 hours per day, 4 days per week) offers a balanced workday and the satisfaction of supporting student growth.
